Mag.a Elke Prinz, MA – known as "The Relaxation Expert" Psychosocial counselor, certified health yoga teacher, burnout prevention trainer, and coach. Specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga, integrative bodywork,and nervous system regulation. For many years, I have guided people in reconnecting with themselves through body awareness, breath work, and mindfulness, helping them develop inner strength and effectively manage stress.
In this workshop, we explore ways to inner calmness and vibrant presence – in connection to our selves and to others. Through breathing exercises, body awareness practices, and simple techniques for regulating the nervous system (vagus nerve), we create a safe space that allows both relaxation and alertness. Partner exercises invite participants to playfully experience resonance and connection – in the"play zone" between safety and ease. The goal is to release tension and isolation and discover new resources for meaningful interactions, resilience, and joy in everyday life.
