The congress takes place over five days: the first day - 8 July - is dedicated to welcoming participants; from the second day onwards the congress lectures and workshops are held.
On Friday July 10th, the afternoon is free to visit the city and take part in tours. There are also opportunities for socialising and entertainment on the evenings of July 9, 10 and 11.
Within the overall theme of the congress "The human touch - the power of presence", each day focuses on a different topic:
Keynote speakers introduce the topic of the day, which are then developed over several sessions, offering a wide range of thematic lectures and workshops to choose from.
The congress languages are English, German, Hungarian, French, Italian.
For each session, participants always have at least one option available in one of these languages.
Main Sessions: translation to and from all languages is provided.
Thematic Sessions are held in one or two languages, with translation provided into the languages specified for each session.
Workshops: most are held in a single language. Some workshops require minimal verbal communication, allowing participants of any language to attend. In certain workshops, trainers are multilingual and will facilitate communication in the languages indicated.
