Adrienn Lukács: I am a mindfulness teacher (MBSR–Level 2) and a coach with a transactional analysisapproach, working as a helping professional since2020. For me, mindfulness is both a lifeperspective and a form of self-care: a deeper connection with ourselves, which forms thefoundation for an authentic and balanced life. I believe that when we are well, we can bemore fully present for ourselves andothers–both in our professional work and daily life. Isupport those who come to me by providing sustainable tools and skills for everyday life. Asa volunteer helping professional, I also regularly support teachers and staff of civilorganizations in this approach. Since 2025, I have been a registered teacher with theMindfulness Network and Foundation (Budapest).
This workshop focuses on how helpers can be consciously and compassionately present for others without losing connection with themselves. Participants will learn short, easily applicable mindfulness tools that help maintain inner balance and prevent emotional exhaustion. The methodology is interactive: a brief theoretical introduction is followed b yself-reflection questions, mindfulness exercises, and pair or group sharing. The goal is for participants to apply the practices in everyday life–at work or in personal situations–enabling sustainable presence for others while taking care of themselves.
