Workshop leaders

What is the added value of human listening and can we work “hand in hand” with AI?

Workshop

In this workshop, we will explore two areas: first, we will present the results of a survey conducted among listeners at Tele-Accueil Belgium. This questionnaire will give us an access to listener's perception of their listening skills as human being. This will help us make connections with your own feelings and experiences. You will then be asked to highlight what are, for you, the essential values of human listening. Second, we will invite you to reflect in creative and varied ways on how we can work together, "hand in hand" with the AI progress in the landscape of our helping services.
