Workshop
In diesem Workshop wollen wir vorstellen, welche Strukturen es für die Ehrenamtlichen in der stellenübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit gibt und wie diese Strukturen uns helfen, neue Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und neue Perspektiven zu entwickeln. In dem Workshop soll auch Gelegenheit dafür sein, über spezielle Situationen und Fragestellungen zu sprechen, die sich im Zusammenwirken innerhalb von Stellen oder über Stellen hinweg ergeben haben. Auch Teilnehmer*innen aus anderen Ländern sind herzlich eingeladen, ihre Sicht und ihre Perspektiven einzubringen.

Organization and structures of the representatives for the voluntaries in TelefonSeelsorge Deutschland
In this workshop we want to present the structures and the organizational framework which has been developed over the last 30 years by the volunteers of TelefonSeelsorge Germany across locations and regions and how this helps us to gain new insights and to develop new perspectives regarding our work. This workshop should also provide the opportunity to discuss specific situations or questions which have emerged within or across the 100+ locations of TelefonSeelsorge. Participants from other countries are also cordially invited to present and to contribute their views and perspectives.
Franz Fritz ist seit 2010 ehrenamtlicher Mitarbeiter bei der TelefonSeelsorge Rhein-Neckar (Mannheim, Deutschland) und leistet Seelsorge und Beratung per E-Mail und am Telefon.. Seitdem ist er auch in verschiedenen organisatorischen Gremien der TelefonSeelsorge auf lokaler, regionaler und bundesweiter Ebene engagiert, einschließlich der Vertretung der Ehrenamtlichen im „Fachvorstand“ der TelefonSeelsorge Deutschland. Er hat einen Doktortitel in Mathematik und arbeitete während seines Berufslebens als IT-Manager. Zu seinen privaten Interessen zählen Mathematik und Psychologie, und er spielt gerne Klavier und Orgel. Er ist verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder sowie fünf Enkelkinder.
Karin Bochenek ist seit 2009 ehrenamtliche Mitarbeitende in der deutschen Telefonseelsorge. Sie berät am Telefon und per Mail die Ratsuchenden. Seit über 40 Jahren arbeitet sie im Gesundheitswesen. Privat singt, schwimmt, radelt sie gerne und genießt die Zeit mit den Enkelkindern.
Franz Fritz has been a voluntary worker at TelefonSeelsorge Rhein-Neckar (Mannheim, Germany) since 2010, providing support via mail and telephone. Ever since, he has also been engaged in various organizational committees at TelefonSeelsorge on a local, regional and federal level, including representation of volunteers in the “Fachvorstand”. He holds a PhD degree in Mathematics and has worked as IT manager during his professional career. His personal interests include mathematics and psychology, and he enjoys playing the piano and organ. He is married with two children and five grandchildren.
Karin Bochenek has been a volunteer at the German TelefonSeelsorge since 2009. She provides support to people seeking help by telephone and E-Mail. For more than 40 years he has been working in the healthcare sector. In her private life, she enjoys singing, swimming, cycling, and spending time with her grandchildren.”
