The congress will take place over five days: the first day - 8 July - is dedicated to welcoming participants; from the second day onwards the congress lectures and workshops will be held.
On Friday July 10th, the afternoon is free to visit the city and take part in tours. There will also be opportunities for socialising and entertainment on the evenings of July 9, 10 and 11.
Within the overall theme of the congress "The human touch - the power of presence", each day will focus on a different topic:
Keynote speakers will introduce the topic of the day, which will be then developed over several sessions, offering a wide range of parallel lectures and workshops to choose from.
The congress languages are English, German, Hungarian, French. Italian is to be confirmed.
For each session, participants will always have at least one option available in one of these languages.
Plenary Sessions: translation to and from all languages is provided.
Parallel lectures are held in one or two languages, with translation provided into the languages specified for each session.
Workshops: most are held in a single language. Some workshops require minimal verbal communication, allowing participants of any language to attend. In certain workshops, trainers are multilingual and will facilitate communication in the languages indicated.
