Conflicts are part of our everyday lives - at work, in families, in schools, and in every community. They are unavoidable, sometimes painful, often exhausting, and yet they hold a great opportunity for our coexistence. Through Restorative Practices, we gain the ability to heal our relationships, strengthen community, and create genuine understanding. Instead of seeking blame, a path opens up for those involved to take responsibility, develop mutual understanding, and rebuild trust.
