Main Session 7

At the end of the congress, a set of guidelines is presented to guide the future work of helplines. These take into account new intervention models and current available resources, as well as the complexities and challenges of contemporary society. The aim is to support the development of helplines and strengthen their role as social services for emotional emergencies.
