In times of crisis, our ability to cope defines how we adapt,recover, and grow. This interactive workshopintroduces the BASIC PH integrative model, exploring six unique coping channels we all possess. Throughpractical exercises, reflection, and group dialogue, participants will identify their personal coping styles andlearn how to activate underused resources. Whether you're supporting others or navigating your ownchallenges, this session offers tools to strengthen resilience in real time.  

Shiri Daniels

Dr. Daniels is the excutive director of counseling and emotional support at the ERAN hotline for emotionalfirst aid, and the Head of the Educational Counseling Department at Colman College of ManagementAcademic Studies. She is an expert in emotional first aid, online counseling, short-term counseling, andcrisis intervention. Dr. Daniels is a member of the National Council of Suicide Prevention and the NationalCouncil of PTSD-Ministry of Health. As an expert in national emergencies with ITC (Israel TraumaCoalition), she actively participates in global delegations and psycho-social training teams. She is the authorof "The Power of Listening-Helping Those Close to You in Times of Emotional Distress and Crisis" and“Analog Pain in a Digital Age”.
