Berührungen sind schon in den frühen Schwangerschaftswochen spürbar. Sie bieten dieBasis, uns selbst und unsere Umgebung wahrzunehmen und sind elementar für unsereEmotionen und unser Verhalten anderen Menschen gegenüber. In diesem Workshoperforschen wirdie Sprache der Berührung–sowohl psychisch als auch emotional. Kurzetheoretische Inputs werden durch Erfahrungsübungen mit dem eigenen Körper und dieVerbalisierung emotionaler Reaktionen ergänzt. Wir werden darüber nachdenken, wiekörperliche Erfahrungen in Worte gefasst werden können-insbesondere im Kontextschriftlicher und mündlicher Begegnung, wie wir sie in der TelefonSeelsorge schaffen. Diesist eine Einladung, sich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, mit Berührungauseinanderzusetzen, zu fühlen, zu reflektieren, auszudrücken und als Ressource fürVerbindung und Präsenz zu nutzen

We let ourselves be touched / As we touch upon touch itself / We touch upon what touches us and put it into words 

As early as the first weeks of pregnancy, touch is already present. It lays the foundation for how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. Touch is essential to how we feel and how we connect with others. In this workshop, we will explore the language of touch–both physically and emotionally. Short theoretical inputs will be complemented by experiential exercises, self-touch practices, and the verbalization of emotional responses. We will reflection how physical experience can be translated into words–especially within the context of written and spoken encounters, like those we engage in through telephone counselling. This is an invitation to quite literally come to grips with touch: to feel, reflect, express–and to engage body language as a resource for connection and presence
