Ildikó Boldizsár is a writer, folk tale researcher, folk tale therapist, university lecturer, and developer of the Metamorphoses Folk Tale Therapy Method.
She has published sixty-two books.
She founded the magazine „Tale”, and the Metamorphoses Therapy Association, and the International Metamorphoses School. She teaches her method in Hungary and abroad.
